Starting with Spotler CRM soon? Or in need of a refresh? For anyone wanting to learn the basics of Spotler CRM, we offer a product training. In this training, you will learn to independently and successfully manage your CRM data and hierarchy.

You follow the training online

You will meet the trainer and other participants in an online Microsoft Teams meeting. During this training, you independently work in your own account with several assignments. This is alternated with classroom parts in which the trainer provides demo's and explanations, tests your knowledge and answers questions.

Before the training, you will receive a link to the online environment.

You will learn the basics of Spotler CRM, while working on several assignments within your own account.

Introduction to CRM

The trainer welcomes you to Spotler CRM and gives a first tour through the structure of the software, some terminology and an introduction to the fictive customer case.

Dive into the data and hierarchy

Now it's time to dive deeper into the modules of CRM, and learn more about objects and the hierarchy of these objects. With each module, you will do some assignments based on the customer case, to really make you practice with the software.

Advanced assignments

The last bit of ‘CRM self-confidence’ comes in advanced assignments, such as Lead Scoring. Here, you will really define your strategy based on your own situation, followed by implementing it into Spotler CRM, using automations, tags and tasks. 

Additional advantage: after the training you have a working lead scoring automation in your own account, ready to publish.

Practical

Dates & times

The training starts at 13:30 CET/CEST and ends around 17:00. You can find the available dates on the register form.

Language

The Spotler CRM product training is given in English by default, unless every participant speaks and understands the Dutch language, you get to inform us about this in the register form.

Location

The training is online using Microsoft Teams. A link to the online environment will be sent to you a week in advance.

Who is the product training meant for?

This training is for the beginning users. The goal is that you can successfully understand and manage your CRM data and hierarchy in Spotler CRM.

Secure your spot quickly, because each product training has limited space. You can change your training date for free up to three days prior to training.

Terms

Costs

The cost per participant is €180, excluding VAT. Payment is made afterwards: we will send an invoice to the company where you work. If you work with PO numbers/purchase order numbers, make sure that these are filled in correctly in the registration form above. We cannot make any changes afterwards and otherwise we cannot process the registration. Therefore, check this carefully for yourself, if this applies to your organization.

Discount code
For some participants, the costs are already covered in, for example, the onboarding of a new account. These participants have a discount code that can be entered in the registration form. No invoice will be sent afterwards.

Free changes or cancellations up to 3 working days before the training

You can cancel up to 3 working days before the course for free. After that, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. This also applies to participants with a discount code.

The training goes ahead with a minimum of 4 participants

We cancel the training if there are fewer than 4 participants. You will hear this 1 to 2 days before the training and will be offered an alternative date immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

My account is not set up yet, can I still follow the training?

No, it is important to have your own working system/environment. However, it is not needed to already have a lot of data coming in, since you will work with training data that you can delete afterwards.

I cannot follow the entire training; can I leave halfway through?

The training program is fully scheduled from 13:30 to 17:00 CET/CEST. Sometimes we finish a bit earlier if the group has no more questions. Preferably, you are there the whole afternoon. But if it really (really, really) can’t be helped: make sure you discuss this with the trainer. If the advanced assignment is not relevant to you, you can also leave beforehand.

Can I follow the online training without a camera and microphone?

Yes, you can. It’s nice if we can see you, but not a must. A microphone can be handy if you want to ask your question live to the trainer.

Is this training also possible in-company?
