Improved mobile layout and grid views
Buttons, page headers, footers, and navigation elements on mobile have been refined to make the interface more consistent and easier to use on small screens. The experience now feels more like a native mobile app, especially for frequent tasks on the go. Grids also now display in an app-style list view using the configured primary and secondary fields, making it easier to scan and select records quickly, such as showing Contact Name and Job Title.
Prioritised handling of smaller imports
Behind the scenes, Spotler CRM now separates small imports into a high-priority queue. This means smaller imports will start and complete more quickly, without getting stuck behind larger bulk jobs. There is no visible change, but everyday operations should feel faster and more responsive.
All improvements
- Mobile interface updates make the CRM easier to use on smaller screens, including improved navigation and cleaner grid views.
- Closed cases retain their original closure timestamp when edited, preserving accurate timelines.
- Contact merges now include all Activity and Task records, maintaining full activity history.
- System performance improved by prioritising smaller data imports for faster processing.
- Fixed issue with email “View online” links to ensure messages open properly in browsers.
Bugfixes
- Fixed: Saving a closed case no longer resets the close time.
- Fixed: Contact merges now retain all child Activity and Task records.
- Fixed: The “View online” email link now works as expected in all system emails.
