Which value do I choose for a digital activity in Lead Scoring?

Lead scoring automations are only available for CRM users within the Spotler B2B solution.

When you create Lead Scoring with an automation, you also have to create a trigger for the automation. The record type chosen for this kind of trigger is a digital activity. When you set up the node for this activity, you need to set up certain criteria under which the value. Below you will find more information on each value type and when to choose which.
